any left overs or things we can use to help animals?

ex:wood is used to make a bird house then drill it etc.
so what things to use to help all kinds of animals like hummingbird feeder or food for stray dogs or stray cat well i really love animals and i dont have the kind of crafty brain you know well pls answer cause we have lots of animals that die easily here in philippines….

the best thing to do is to spay and neuter any of your pets.. they keep having babies so that makes too many animals..
having bowls catch rain water will help and giving them your extra food too if you have any.. providing shelter…
