bird nest on my window pane?

i just live in 9 -storey building and i stay on the 8 floor.i will make a nest and keep it on my window pane.i will put food and water and i will decorate with leaves and branches.if i don’t keep any bird house or nesting box will the pigeon nest there in my nest and lay eggs?

Hummingbirds are fun, entertaining, full of energy and it’s easy to attract hummingbirds.
Bird build their own nests so will not use one build by you. Also, putting a food or water source near any nest is the worst thing you can do..it will attract nest predators.
yes,if you live in the city but,no if you live a little far from the city because the pigeons usually nest in abandoned warehouses and are used to human stuff.hope it works!:)
