Blue Birds live @ my door & 1's missing?

A pair mf Blue birds live in this bird house @ my back door & yesterday the female went missing. Today my wife found 3 blue feathers in the garden, we think the cat did it. The male is still feeding the babys & they sound happy. Now for my question, will they live & learn to fly with out their mother?

Hummingbirds are fun, entertaining, full of energy and it’s easy to attract hummingbirds.
I love birds.
Bluebirds are so beautiful and have a sweet song. They also eat a lot of bugs. Great birds to encourage around your home.
As long as the male is still caring for them they should do alright. He may get a bit worn out trying to feed them all by himself. This time of year of year bluebirds feed on insects so I don’t know how you’d be able to help him gather food.

Sounds like the cat may have been the culprit.. i’m sorry about your bird.. but is sounds like the male is taking on the roll of "mother".. ( or maybe he was helping all along) My bet is that the birds will be fine… IF the kitty will only cooperate…
