how do i get rid of the pesky birds in my neighborhood?

try as i might, i can’t block out their angry chirping that starts at 3 in the morning & ends at 10 in the morning. i have a few ideas, like buying a bird feeder, filling it with rat poison, & hanging it up in the backyard of the abandoned house next door… but i’m not that evil, yet.
so i come to Y!A to seek the advise of countless strangers who may or may not have encountered such experience.

Hummingbirds are fun, entertaining, full of energy and it’s easy to attract hummingbirds.
Move to a different neighborhood. You are in their territory and they own it before you do. They are protected by law.
It is nature and breeding season…deal with it. Do you really think ALL of nature should stop for you! Seriously..don’t understand the mentality of egomaniacs like you! Go buy some ear plugs or a white noise machine until breeding season is over..or just enjoy the fact that birds are keeping you up rather than loud music, noisy neighbors, or gun fire. There are much more serious things in life to worry about than birds singing in nature…give me a break. You must have a pretty privileged life if ALL you have to worry about is birds chirping outside!
