how to handle my bird problem?

bird are going to my bird feeder and making doodoo all over my patio
should i
1. put a net around my house
2. shoot all the birds
3. take down the damn birdfeeder

-this is the poli section so I have to assume there is a correlation between those useless birds and the welfare rats in this country. YES! STOP FEEDING THEM AND THEY WILL QUIT CRAPPING ALL OVER US.
You can leave the birdfeeder up, just dont put food in it.
