Slow Motion Goldfinches at upside down bird feeder.
May 22, 2010 Bird House Feeder
Filmed at 1/20th normal speed, here are a couple American goldfinches eating at an upside down feeder. at this speed, you can see the way they will not always have their wings open when in the air, and how they grab a seed out of the feeder using their tongue. When there are more than two birds at the feeder, fights sometimes break out. There was just a little bit of that here.
