Our house martins selected new parts of the house to build nests this year. Having tried two different walls they then started to build two nests side by side until finally choosing one to finish.

You can share the activity of the House Martin in my photograpy taken this morning on 29. August 2011.. the apple tree is two gardens away from my garden…..and when l come out these birds go in hiding – so they must have very good hearing or sense that l am outside…. therefore these pictures were taken from inside the conservatory….when they think l am inside……. Love my camera as you can see clear pictures of the apple tree….where l have discovered that they have made a nest…. you can have a closer look at the way the wings are white… and the white on the body…..
