Wren works hard to feed her babies
October 19, 2011 Bird House Feeder
This bird house hangs on the back patio of my home. A little wren decided to make it her home and layed 4 tiny eggs in it. Once the eggs hatched, she worked very diligently to feed the new babies! She would find a bug or insect and approach the patio very cautiously then “chirp” to let the babies know she was near, and after careful watch, she would dart in and drop of the catch. This literally went on for all daylight hours of the day for many days. Simply Amazing!!!
Hummingbirds are fun, entertaining, full of energy and it’s easy to attract hummingbirds.
